Dharma Days

Dharma Days
The last Saturday of each month

Dharma days are our all-in-one, monthly events dedicated to dharma. If there is only one day a month you can carve out of your busy life to dedicate to learning, kindness, and the development of wisdom, then put aside the last Saturday of each month and come join us at KGDL. During the day you can engage in the three aspects of practice; learning the view, meditating on it, and engaging in meritorious conduct. And of course in enjoying each other's company.

Dharma days are the perfect time for new people to visit the centre, you can try meditation, have an introduction to Buddhism, meet members of our community and even sit in on a Buddhist teaching if you like. Introductions to Buddhism will be held at 11am each Dharma Day
