Dharma Days

Dharma Days
The last Saturday of each month

Each Dharma Day is imagined as monthly sanctuary—a dedicated 6-hour "mini-retreat" designed to help us step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our path and community. It is a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern living, allowing us to practice as a sangha to transform both our hearts and our beautiful dharma centre.

Note for Newcomers & Private Students: For those new to the center, we are pleased to offer a specialized Introduction to Buddhism session at 12:30 PM. Additionally, there will be limited opportunities throughout the day for students to have a private interview with Soepa Tulku.

What to Bring

To help us make the day a success, please come prepared with:

Comfortable Clothes: Suitable for both meditation and Karma Yoga.
A Potluck Contribution: A dish to share with the community during our lunch.
Flowers: Fresh flowers to offer at our shrines.

Everyone Welcome

We encourage everyone—from long-time students to those new to the center—to join us for this transformative monthly series. Setting aside just one day a month to study, serve, and meditate together creates a powerful momentum in our personal practice and strengthens the bond of our Sangha.

Let us make the Year of the Fire Horse a time of deep clarity and collective wisdom.

We look forward to practicing with you on the last Saturday of every month!
